The module is built very well and feels very high-quality. It looks much nicer in person than in the pictures, although I'm not a fan of black and gold.

I had no issues with the ordering process and I received the module in four business days. I did not receive a shipping notification, so I had no idea it had been shipped. I have checked my spam folder.

I have sent two emails to customer support and I never received a reply. Please improve your communications, because it looks unprofessional.

Having two voices in 16HP is quite charming for all kind of musical experiments.
Support, in case of questions, is also very fast and helpful.
Overall, very satisfied in every aspect including the build quality.

Have been using Braids since a week now and it’s already my favorite module. So many sounds and great modulation possibilities within the module itself. The black panel and color scheme is very stylish and the build quality feels good. I don’t own an original Mutable Instruments and cannot compare but I certainly don’t regret not buying a second hand one and buying the TLM-audio

Gutes Modul mit exzellenten Sound.
Läd zum experimentieren ein. Gut verarbeitet wenn auch ein poti nicht ganz gerade eingebaut war was sich aber nach vorsichtigen richten erledigt hatte.
Es macht Spaß ihm auch auf unkonventionellen Wegen tolle Sounds zu entlocken.
Ich kann das Modul nur empfehlen.

Excellent build quality on this clone, and obviously it sounds great. It is very complex and takes time to learn how to use it properly as more than just a big reverb.

Super Turing Machine Nachbau, sehr gut verarbeitet, schnell geliefert. Musste allerdings das Tuning etwas nachjustieren, da der Sequence-Lock nach wenigen Minuten verloren ging. Jetzt funzt das Ding aber wie es soll. Wird bestimmt nicht mein letztes Modul von TLM Audio sein.
